Taf进口比集采副作用小吗

问题

我是大三阳八次方肝功能正常下2021年，35岁开始吃药，恩替卡韦从集采到润众吃了一年半后，卡二次方。医生让换药。选的集采丙酚特瑞的。吃了半年后达到高敏不可见。到上月总共吃了三年多了。去年开始胃反流，晚上睡前和半夜，有时候小腿前面痒得很。还专门做了胃镜喉镜，红斑性胃炎和息肉。上月化验尿a1蛋白了。以前都是化验肾功血糖，没化验过肾小管。我就说想换进口的，医生说一次不代表啥。说我集采也有效，没必要换。让我再吃三个月再化验再说，现在纠结要不要换进口的试试。是不是副作用更小一些。有个同时抗病毒的网友，先恩替卡韦就高敏了，和我同时节点换的进口taf，去年也发现尿蛋白了。这月他自己又换回恩替卡韦了。所以对比之下不确定我换进口的会不会改善尿蛋白。现在进口的也准备了三盒，集采还有两盒，还没开始吃。现在该咋办，再吃三月集采再去化验尿，还是直接换进口的，还是换回恩替卡韦。当初一年半恩替卡韦二次方是应答不佳还是耐药了，还是抗的时机不对就会卡也不确定。
